Pane guttiau

Very similar to the famous Pane Carasau, this bread is made with a drop of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Pane Guttiau is irresistible as an aperitif, delicious during a meal and the perfect accompaniment to clear and creamy soups.
