Panadas with vegetables

It is a unique dish of our regional tradition. It consists in a pastry filled with vegetables and spices.



Dough ingredients 55%: durum wheat semolina (40%), lard, water, salt. Filling ingredients 45%: courgettes (18%), aubergines (9%), peppers (5.5%), extra virgin olive oil, salt, parsley, onion.
