Panadas with pork meat

It is a unique dish of our regional tradition. It consists in a pastry filled with pork meat and spices.

 

Ingredients

Dough ingredients 55%: durum wheat semolina (40%), lard, water, salt. Filling ingredients 45%: pork pulp (44%), salt, garlic, pepper, parsley.
