One of the most typical and known dessert from Sardinia, made with fresh pasta stuffed with fresh cow’s cheese and lemon peel.

 

Ingredients

Dough ingredients 55%: durum wheat semolina, water, eggs, lard, salt. Filling ingredients 45%: fresh cow’s cheese, salt, lemon aroma 2%.
